HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facilities 2 to 4 business days after purchase. Transit time: 5-10 days

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING.

Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the carrier's system. Sometimes the carrier loses an order. If the tracking number still does not work after a few days, please contact the carrier.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

Orders from our store typically ship within 7-10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1-2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact us for prompt assistance.
